Dying Slowly
A downloadable Dying Slowly for Windows
DYING SLOWLY is a haunting narrative-driven RPG adventure where you must guide a lost little girl named Ezra through a decaying, unfamiliar world she mysteriously awoke in.
Ezra is not from this place. She's scared, alone, and remembers nothing of how she arrived. The world around her is unraveling—infected by a creeping force that consumes everything in its path. As the player, you are not just a voice—you are her only guide. Her fate rests entirely in your hands.
"I'm just a sweet little girl... I don't understand this place. But I trust you. I’ll listen. Please don’t lead me to death... please help me live." – Ezra
Your choices matter. Every decision shapes Ezra’s journey, and possibly, the fate of the world itself. Is there hope hidden in this dying realm? Or is every path doomed to end in despair?
Can you save Ezra? Can you save this world? Or will you become one of the many who tried… and failed—forever lost to eternal death?

One wrong choice, and she dies slowly… or worse.

As the infection spreads and reality breaks apart, your choices will determine everything..
The world Ezra wakes up in was once vibrant—filled with strange but beautiful landscapes, ancient ruins, and remnants of a forgotten civilization. But something has gone terribly wrong.
A dark infection spreads like a living curse. Structures rot and collapse, skies flicker with unnatural colors, and time itself seems unstable—looping, shattering, or freezing at random. Nature mutates. Creatures once harmless now wander, twisted and hostile. Ghostly remnants of past lives echo in the ruins, whispering of failed attempts to save this place.
This world is not just dying—it's unraveling, consumed by a slow, creeping corruption that erases everything it touches. The infection isn't only physical—it's mental, emotional, spiritual. Those who’ve stayed too long have lost themselves completely.
Ezra is running out of time. And so is the world.
Who is Ezra?
Ezra is a young girl—fragile, kind-hearted, and deeply lost. She wakes up in a strange, dying world with no memory of how she got there. Everything around her is unfamiliar, hostile, and slowly falling apart. She doesn’t understand it, but she feels something is terribly wrong.
Despite her confusion, Ezra is not entirely helpless. She’s curious, brave in her own quiet way, and carries a strange connection to this world—one that even she doesn’t fully understand. There’s something buried in her past… something important.
Ezra speaks directly to you, the player. She trusts you completely, listens to your every instruction, and believes you can guide her to safety. She’s not just a character—you’re responsible for her fate. AND FATE OF THE WORLD..
But as the infection spreads and the world collapses, you may begin to wonder:
Who is Ezra really?
And why was she brought here?
Can you save her? Can you stop this world from dying?
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"I don’t know where I am. Everything feels... wrong. But I can hear you. You're the only one who speaks to me like you care. So I’ll listen to you. I’ll follow you. Just… please don’t leave me alone. I don’t want to die here."
